What finish options are available?+
Each listing will state whether it is offered as a DIY Kit, Fully Finished & Painted, or both.
When will my order be dispatched?
DIY Kits dispatch within 5 working days and Fully Finished & Painted pieces within 10 working days after order confirmation, unless the product page states otherwise. Delivery time is additional. Express shipping does not shorten production.
Can I take a prop to a convention?
Check your event's prop policy before ordering. Our props are non-functional costume and display pieces, and each venue decides what it will allow.
Can I request a custom print?+
Yes. Suitable projects can be submitted through the custom quote form for review.
